TH Plantations Berhad ("THP") is a plantation arm of Lembaga Tabung Haji ("LTH") i.e. the Pilgrimage Fund Board of Malaysia. THP was listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia on 27 April 2006.
Date of Incorporation
On 28 August 1972 as Perbadanan Ladang-Ladang Tabong Haji Sendirian Berhad.
History of Incorporation
On 15 September 1997, the name was changed to TH Plantations Sdn Bhd.
Subsequently, on 26 May 2005, TH Plantations Sdn. Bhd. was converted into a public limited company and assumed its present name of TH Plantations Berhad.
On 27 April 2006, THP was listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad following an offer for sale of 74,515,700 ordinary shares of RM 0.50 each at an offer price of RM 1.25 per share.

Principal Activities of THP Group
Investment holding, cultivation of oil palm, processing of fresh fruit bunches (FFB), marketing of crude palm oil (CPO), palm kernel (PK) and FFB and provision of management services.
